The questions he gets of his regimen or steroid use is almost to the point it outnumbers the positive amount of supporters on his page. It’s sad really, work put in is work put it in. There is no faking that. Check him out!!! He’s not everyone’s cup of tea, and he’ll remind you how douchey men can be when it comes to women, but his gym life is quality.
That being said, it’s arm day!!!! And 20 minutes of HIIT. I will post some physique photos as soon as I can. I’m trying to decide if I should buy a camera, or if this vlog idea will fade quickly. I’m so freakin full, I have been eating a lot of fruit for my carbs, but I’m starting to feel like maybe I should eat pasta or something instead?? I can’t decide. Until it negatively effects my weight loss I’m going to keep it in my diet.

Yes, I know, that seems like a shit ton of food. And yes I know, I may not be ready. But my physique looks like I could come in pretty tight if I get down to 165 pounds at the 12 week point. So that gives me about a month to lose ten pounds. Looks like more HIIT sessions for me.
Today is rest day, but yesterday I did legs, and boy oh boy are they tired. Not to mention we finished up leg day with Hot Yoga at Blissful Spirits, where I had my ass handed to me. I wanted to give everyone a chance to see what kind of volume I am doing right now. I am at the end of my rep plan. I made this up myself, so don’t ask me why. I just found that the way I increase reps and sets through a 12 week period really helps with my strength and muscle size.
5 minute warm-up. (usually stairs and bodyweight squats)

Ok, I know everyone hates dishes. Dishes are no fun, they’re gross, they stink, they’re slimy, and you never know exactly what is on them. But the dishes I’m talking about are nothing like this. I work in a lab, all the dishes are clear glass, there’s no scraping or overnight soaking involved, yet it seems to be the most dreaded task of any employee I work with. We have what I like to call a “Dish Nazi”, she makes a list and sends out reminders about who is doing dishes what week, and when it’s your turn. This week, it’s my turn… And I ALWAYS help whoever is on dish duty(except for a few select individuals I don’t care for), but all I received today was a message that said, “Girl, it’s your week for dishes.”
I mean duhhhh, you post it on the wall lady, everyone knows when it’s their time for dishes, and if they don’t we can hear your voice three hallways away talking about how we didn’t get to the dishes yet. I mean THEY ARE JUST DISHES!!! Seriously, we gather the dishes from the acid benches and put them in the dishwasher, and run a 4 hour cycle of rinsing. The end.
So why am I writing a whole rant about this??? I just started wondering that myself… Maybe because I’m new here and seniority is a BITCH here. If you forget your dishes for even a day, you get an extra day. If you’re new here, expect to have dish duty at least twice as much as the rest of the crew. And if you talk back to the Nazi, watch out. She just walked by me to ask if I received her email. All I could blurt out was, “I’m doing your damn dishes!” Now I know for the THIRD time today, that it’s my turn for dishes.

Those are the kinds of things people wonder about this beautiful place I call home. I can’t say I have all the answers, wear the most fancy clothes, know the best places to eat, or eat at the “best” restaurants, but I can sure say I try. I love to be outside, I love to snowboard, I LOVE to eat, and at my very least I love to accessorize.
