EVERY DAY IS ARM DAY

If you’re like me, than you have watched almost every single fitness YouTuber out there, at least once. In that case you will know who Bradley Martin is; the legend of arms. haha. The questions he gets of his regimen or steroid use is almost to the point it outnumbers the positive amount of supporters on his page. It’s sad really, work put in is work put it in. There is no faking that. Check him out!!! He’s not everyone’s cup of tea, and he’ll remind you how douchey men can be when it comes to women, but his gym life is quality.

That being said, it’s arm day!!!! And 20 minutes of HIIT. I will post some physique photos as soon as I can. I’m trying to decide if I should buy a camera, or if this vlog idea will fade quickly. I’m so freakin full, I have been eating a lot of fruit for my carbs, but I’m starting to feel like maybe I should eat pasta or something instead?? I can’t decide. Until it negatively effects my weight loss I’m going to keep it in my diet.

Here’s today’s plan! I tri-set most all of these exercises.

  • EZ-bar curls 2 close 3 wide
  • Plate curls
  • SUPERSET 5X12
  • Preacher curls
  • Straight one arm pull down
  • SUPERSET 5X12
  • Machine Preacher Curls
  • Machine Tricep Pushdown
  • TRI-SET TO FAILURE
  • Down the line
  • Dips
  • Tricep push ups
